Oracle Form Registered In E business suite(R12) .Needs to Restrict records according to org_id

Hello,

I need some help regarding Oracle form Registered in (R12) Payables.. we are in Multi Org i only need records to show for that org only  .. this form brings all records in all companies Right now.. 
Is there any way I can restrict in my form (no form personalization)  .. Records belonging to that org id needs to show in that responsibility.. I am thinking i need something in when new form instance.. to check to see what records to bring... My table has org_id..
