Find supplier notification method

I need to find out the supplier notification method. When a PO is sent for approval under transmission methods I choose all 3("Print","Fax" and "Email") but the po_headers_all table displays "PRINT" in the SUPPLIER_NOTIF_METHOD column. Where will the data related to the other transmission methods be stored ?
How can I find out the checked(selected) transmission methods chosen before the PO is sent for approval ?
