We are having an issue in POS where when we scan a receipt for return to comes up with a list of them, after selecting the correct one it gives us an error and will not pull up the receipt info. This is causing us to have to do a no receipt return which doesn't allow us to correctly tender the money back to the customer the same they paid for it.
