Registering Audit Vault 12.1.1.2

Does anyone have any advice on registering Oracle Audit Vault 12.1..1.2 with Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c?  We are running all on Linux 64 bit 6.0 Red Hat platforms.  Our OEM is 12.1.0.2.  I have followed the document referenced in the installation guide as follows:
Downloaded plugin via OEM 12c Extensibility.
Deployed plugin to Audit Vault server using OEM
Configured Auto discovery to scan for Audit Vault
viewed Auto Discovery results - no Audit Vault.

Any guidance?
