How to raise PR/PO for 2 Suppliers simultaneously

Hi,

We have requirement that if there are 2 suppliers, Say A&B and I want to split orders between them as 60:40 I should be able to do so. So if there is a demand for 10 Qty, I should have Purchase Requisition of 6 created for A and also I should be able to generate Purchase Requisition of 4 for Supplier B. What are the setups required and how it can be done?
