Buddy store Mismatch at register level ?

In our environments. For all  the stores at the registers the store itself is showing as buddy store. The SIM buddy store setup has been fine (rk_pool_stores table has correct entries).

But some how the store itself has been listed as a buddy store in all stores at the register level. Besides another common issue we are having  is one store has been missing in buddy store list at the registers for all the stores.

The remaining buddy store setup is showing fine at the registers ( when ever we adding or deleting buddy stores at SIM the same has been updating at store registers).
