Login Page Display Message

Hi,

Our clients have a requirement such that they should be able to display a message on the login page(e.g. Warning message).

We know it is possible to do this on through OAM on the home page but the requirement specifically states that the display message must be on Login Page.

We are thinking of acheiving this through OAF customization. Is it possible? Or is there any other easier way to do this?
