Error in AppsLocalLogin.jsp after patching

Hi,

Apps 11.5.10.2

Customer has applied

Error in AppsLocalLogin.jsp

Post patch installation 11822983, and its prerequisites, got the apache service but does not locallogin page: https://<server>.<domain>:8014/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp

We install the following patches:

1 6272038 Falta US,PTB,ESA,F 625.3Kb

2 8567482 Falta US,PTB,ESA,F 24.8Mb

3    8223222 Falta US,PTB,ESA,F 218.8Kb

4        11822983 Falta US,PTB,ESA,F 24.8Mb

And Apache got back but did not get to services page: https:/<server>.<domain>:8014/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp

the error has been fixed , we discuss the steps you perform to tell us if needed if these patches aplciar in PRODUCTIVE environment :
