AppsLogin then fails with 500 Internal server error; Oracle Sun Cluster 3.3

We are implementing a two node Oracle Solaris cluster 3.3 for EBS 12.1.3 on Solaris 10 SPARC.

We followed the oracle provided documentation for configuring EBS for Sun Cluster; Installing and Configuring Oracle Solaris Cluster HA for Oracle E-Business Suite

After the installation was completed, it is always best practice to start and stop the application manually on all cluster nodes (one after the other, not all at the same time) to make sure that it works standalone with no issues.

On node2 (which we initially installed on), we had no problems.

But when we the application is running on node1, AppsLogin fails with "500 Internal server error".
