REIM 13.2.6 login issue.

Hello everyone,

hope everything is doing good.

I'm unable to login in to reim application. in the reim logs i founded the below error.

2014-04-06 03:10:04,745 ERROR [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] oracle.retail.reim.data.dao.impl.ReIMLdapDao - com.retek.reim.merch.utils.ReIMException: Invalid username or password.

2014-04-06 03:10:04,747 ERROR [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] com.retek.reim.manager.LoginServiceImpl - com.retek.reim.merch.utils.ReIMException: Could not complete login

Note:

i have added the user entry in im_user_authorization & im_business_role_member
