Oracle rdf reports with Output Type as PDF not printing Chinese Characters correctly

Can some one help me on the below issue please:

We have some custom reports (Oracle 6i Version) with concurrent output type as PDF. In some of the reports we need to  Print values like Shipping Instructions and Packing Instructions etc. in Chinese Characters. In database and in the form,  values are showing correctly in Chinese Characters and when we use the BI Publisher report prints the chinese characters correctly.

But When we print these normal custom rdf reports via concurrent request , output values are printing in junk characters. Please find the attached screen shots.

 

Can some one please help us and provide the steps involved to print the Chinese Characters
