Punchout (cXML) Supplier needs Shared Secret in decrypted format

Hi All

Currently the cXML punchout PO contains the Shared Secret  in encrypted format. A new supplier requires this in decrypted format.

Read the following note  https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=352445752188625&id=563954.1&displayIndex=1&_afrWindowMod… but doesn't give enough information to implement this.

Any ideas?
