what is the use of Bank Account Signing Authority feature in CM 12.1.3

Hi Guru's,

Coudl you please let us know the use of Bank Account Signing Authority feature in CM.


Cash management responsibility

Setup-->Banks-->Bank Account Signing Authority

I have gone through the below note id's but didn't give the exact practical usage. if you could let us know with any business scenario so that we can explore this funcationality.
