isupplier login page issue in R12

Hi ,

We have implemented recently 12.1.3 (DB+CONC 1st Node,FORM+WEB in 2nd Node) in Solaris SPARC.

Now we are trying to implement external webtier for isupplier.After doing all setup we are not able to open external URL.

we followed document 380490.1 for the same. did not found any error in Apache and Opmn.log files.
