iReceivables Anonymous Login

iReceivables and base AR are configured, Instead of as a registered user tried login as an Anonymous login to see the accounts details of the customer. Default value asked is the customer number after entering it and accepting search option system takes to the account page of the customer but no transactions are displayed.

For the same customer when searched from iReceivables Internal 2.0 responsibility I can see the transactions entered in the base AR.

Could not find any additional set for anonymous login, could some one help us.
