Users wants to see the next approver on the approval hierarchy , how to achieve this?

Users at Purchasing wants a list  containing the (po number,amount, status of po  which  is (In Process )) and the next approver for the PO. Can someone assist with right sql script to achive this?

Oracle Data Base 10g,E-Business Suit (12.0.4).
