E900 _ dep900 environment fail to login for specific userID

Hi, wondering if the dep900 environment is needed in P0092\environment ?

the login failure error are as below :

"The specified role environment pair is invalid. Pls specify a valid role and environment"

"Requested form could not be started due to missing spec. (asvrhdr) record for application P9881"

pls advise ...
