Check Funds failing for Requisition

Hi,

For some reason the Requisiton was cancelled but the Requisition reservation journal was not reversed by the application and when the user is trying to create another requisition it is giving check funds error as below,

Error

  1. Check Funds completed with error. 
  2. Line #1 Distribution #1 The summary account for this detailed account fails budgetary control

The requisition is being created in I-Procurement. In Production it is giving error but in Test instace it is giving warning as below

Warning

  1. Check Funds completed with warnings. 
  2. Line #1 Distribution #1 The summary account for this detailed account fails budgetary control

kindly suggest us the solution.
