Integrated Receiving Error:Child transaction date pre-dates parent transaction date when trying to d

We are in 12.1.3 and use Integrated Receiving (Brazilian Localizations) .We are getting this error when trying to do a reversion of  PO receipt:

APP-PO-14878 Child transaction date pre-dates parent transaction date when trying to do reversion

In the screen there is a field called transction date for each line to be reverted and that defaults to the original receipt date I believe.So we changed that to the current system date and time and then the error goes away but as soon as we navigate out of that field the transaction date reverts to the original date and time and we get the APP-PO-14878 error again so unable to complete the reversion.
