E910_fail to login on and off after backup exec failure notification is received

Hi, can somebody advise if this is caused  by database backup software or improper setup of JDE RAC server?

Subject:Backup Exec Alert: Job Failed (Server: "MY01S01-DC") (Job: "07 SUNDAY")

(Server: "MY01S01-DC") (Job: "07 SUNDAY") 07 SUNDAY -- The job failed with the following error: Physical Volume Library Drive not available

FYI, this happen intermittently.  All they do is to restart server and the problem will be resolved. 

What has gone wrong here ...?
