While performing the below operation in EBS

Login to a responsibility

Navigate Help --> Diagnostics --> Test Web Agent

We are getting a error as below

"The web page cannot be found"

E Business Suite Release R12.1.3

As per the below note its has been mentioned that  ---> No procedure will be allowed to run by a client by the mod_plsql component,this includes the FND_WEB.PING. in R12

How To Use FND_WEB.PING In Release 12? (Doc ID 437774.1)

Can anyone provide more inputs on this functionality ...?

Is there is any oracle document which provides any information regarding the same?
