Billed Qty is more than the Receipt qty ,System(Login Id: APPSMGR )

If  Billed Qty is more than the Receipt qty ,System(Login Id: APPSMGR ) applied an hold on Invoice and hold reason is “Quantity billed exceeds quantity received” And this hold should only release if Received qty will be greater than or equal too of the Bill Qty but in this case invoice has been release by System(Login Id: APPSMGR ). We can create a Invoice and apply the Hold and Release too for the same scenario but that will be a manually release not system release of hold
