More 8.1.1.14 "Upgrade" Issues -- After Login

Hello,
After logging into the HI Client (IE8 Browser), I get a blank screen with an error at the bottom:
When I double click on the Exclamation Point Error Icon, I get:
OpenUI Object Manager is also blank.
Any idea what is going on?
