Hi all this is regarding user facing slowness while accessing the server

Application users are facing slowness while accessing the server.

as we configured the glance tool to collect the usage of mem,cpu and disk performance related information where it is showing users memory utilization is more than 90%.

But we checked in server with help of prstat,sar,vmstat and iostat utilities where it is showing everything is normal.

Help me on how to figureout the actual usage of memory and to resolve the users performance issues.
