Financial Tax Register - Legal Entity Tax Reg Number & Taxpayer Id come from which fields

In the output of Financial Tax Register, we see there are 2 column with header Legal Entity Tax Reg Number & Taxpayer Id. In which fields of the system, i can see the values be presented in these 2 columns of Financial Tax Register?
