Oracle Applications : 12.2.4

Form Application : Purchasing

Form Name : POXRQERQ

Linux

Create requisition then errors FRM-40654 record has been updated. requery block to see change alert

DBA has already updated Patch 18230019:R12.PO.D for R 12.2 and Patch 18230019:R12.PO.B for R 12.1.X

So I test again, the error still happens!!!

Steps:

1)Go to requisitions form. Enter one line being sure not to go to the next line.

2)Save the requisition.

3)Click to distributions Button

4)Update field project on distribution

5)Error happens

6) Test re step again but on step 3 and 4, I change to do refer form (
