Login Failed in SIM

Dear experts,

Installed SIM 13.2.8, and used DB authentication. When trying to log in SIM, I am getting this error,

"Login failed. Username and/or password is incorrect, or user is unauthorized." I also created a new account

for this but getting the same error. However, when trying to log in Citrix, I can access SIM without the login error

but the problem is 2 or more users cant access Citrix even though using different accounts.

Can someone help me about this?
