Multiple task assignment for a collaboration team member

Hi,

I want to assign multiple tasks to a team member (defined in collaboration team), right now i am able to assign him task but only for one time.

In our case the same person is working for two different tasks, would someone please guide me how can i enable my collaboration team member for multiple tasks?
