Unable to login in RPM after SSO

Hi we have installed RPM 14 with SSO configuration..

when i login in SSO page ..it is validated but when i launch RPM application

i get below error in webbrowser

Oracle Retail Web Launch Servlet - Error


  A problem has occurred within the Oracle Retail Web Launch Application, please contact your system administrator.

As i checked in LOG

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid SSO user.

        at oracle.retail.rpm.weblaunch.core.DefaultWebLaunchContextHandler.handleSso(DefaultWebLaunchContextHandler.java:55)

        at oracle.retail.rpm.weblaunch.core.DefaultWebLaunchContextHandler.handleContext(DefaultWebLaunchContextHandler.java:30)

        at oracle.retail.rpm.weblaunch.core.WebLaunchServlet.handleRequest(WebLaunchServlet.java:70)

        at org.apache.velocity.servlet.VelocityServlet.doRequest(VelocityServlet.java:365)
