Innovation Pack 2014 Blank screen after LOGIN

Hi,

We upgraded from 8.1.1.5 to 8.1.1.14 and applied patch set 4. upgrep, IRM  steps were completed. After IRM, there were conflicts (nothing major though). We resolved conflicts, ran upgphys and then compiled a new SRF by launching Siebel Tools (which was also upgraded).

After starting the services, the Standard UI works fine. But Open UI isn't. Basically we get a blank page after logging in. I see the applicable level menu, log out options etc. But nothing below it. The Object Manager log seems to have only benign errors.
