SIM Login Issue

Hi All,

Can you please help me with this issue? When accessing SIM, I am getting this error.

"Login Falied. Username and/or password is incorrect, or user is unauthorized. "

However, when accessed via Citrix, I can login successfully.

Though using SIM via citrix will be an issue if there are 2 or more persons trying to access SIM. The second person trying to access SIM will get an error “Application already running". Even though the second user is using another citrix account. Seems like Citrix connection is connected to 1 PC only that’s why that error is encountered.
