What does Err Msg "MAX" mean on R073013 Summary Payroll Register?

We are using a pay code for reimbursable moving expense and received an Err Msg on R073013 showing "MAX".  We have not seen it before and do not get any other error messages or problems with processing the payroll.  Does anyone know why this error message would appear?
