Prevent individual item from assigning lot to parts list

Hello,

We are running Applications and Tools 9.1.  We have a few bulk items that make up our parts list for a work order and are wondering if we can either prevent the system from assigning a lot / location for just those items when a work order is printed - OR - if JDE has the ability to do a mass "de-allocation" to remove the lot / location from a single item that's attached to multiple parts lists.
