can't login for 12C database

Hello,

I just installed Oracle 12.1.0.2 database, and create a user kdeng, also grant dba to this user, but when I try to connect to database using this user, it failed:

lto-szn-0002.loyalty.com:[EWFM12C]$ echo $ORACLE_SID
EWFM12C
lto-szn-0002.loyalty.com:[EWFM12C]$ echo $ORACLE_HOME
/oradbhome/product/12.1.0.2/EWFM12C
lto-szn-0002.loyalty.com:[EWFM12C]$ sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL*Plus: Release 12.1.0.2.0 Production on Wed May 6 11:11:56 2015
