E812_ESU application's priority

Hi, i was wondering if i run the ESU through Change Assistant , do i need to bother the priority of the ESUs on which ESU that I am supposed to run ?  Would the CA prompt if the ESU being run require other ESU to run prior to that ?

Is applying baseline ESU 1st always been the good practice ?
