Get error "Error Number:1 Error Description:Please Relogin. Session has Timed out" when consolidatin

Hi guys, I got an error like this:

     We have an hfm 9 and recently we want to upgrade it to hfm 11. I prepared an hfm 11 environment in a Windows server 2008 enterprise and extract data from old system, then load them in new systems, then consolidate every month. from year 2007-2013,but I got some data issue at monthly report,August 2013. So I put some "0" in an input form,the save it and got to consolidate this entity,but then I got this error message:
