cannot login to two instance at the same time

Not sure if this is the correct forum to post the question.

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

In our VDI machine, when we try to login to two different instance, it does not work.

So, we can not login to dev and test instance at the same time to compare work.

As soon as we login to another instance, the other instance will error out.

What might be the issue? I am pretty sure it must be the setting or IE setting of the VDI machine. Other non-VDI machine seems to work fine.

Has anyone experience this? Gurus, please advise. Thank you.
