Istore user is facing "No accessible sites found" issue upon login.

Hi,

Istore user is facing "No accessible sites found" issue upon login.

Upon debugging found that, he doesn't have access to the responsibility.

To check the responsibility access, FND_USER_RESP_GROUPS is being used in seeded code.

But required responsibility is available in FND_USER_RESP_GROUPS_DIRECT.

When i checked FND_USER_RESP_GROUPS, it is based upon the WF tables.


Effective_end_date of WF_USER_ROLE_ASSIGNMENTS is being saved as 01-JAN-4712 , its julian value is 1.
