Hyperion Planning error 1051027 All Logins are currently in use

Almost every month we are getting a "Hyperion Planning error 1051027 All Logins are currently in use " and unable to login to Hyperion.

We currently have to stop and start the services to get around this error. And have asked our users to properly disconnect from Hyperion when logging out.

Could you please let me know the best approach to prevent this issue other than restarting the server?
