Journal import for Fixed Assets is not getting completed and log file shows Oracle database error tr

SHRD0018: Oracle database error trapped at function: GLUTBE - label: errexit2

  ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

We are trying to import fixed assets data from gl_interface to GL but the import program running infinitely and the log file shows the above error.

We tried to replicate the same issue by taking same production instance clone on UAT but the issue is not replicating and all 92K data imported successfully without any issue.

Journal import program only showing this error for source Assets, other sources are importing fine into gl. Last time the import program run successfully on Production was in the month of Jun-15. From Jul-15, this issue is happening and we are unable to transfer FA data from gl interface to oracle gl.
