Standard form POXRQVRQ.fmb called from custom Zoom function- showing blank screen

Hi Experts,

We are upgrading from 11i to R12.2.4.

We are calling  POXRQVRQ.fmb (Requisition Summary window) from Zoom function by passing WIP_ENTITY_ID Parameter in the form.

Purpose of Zoom Function: to view the requisition summary details for a particular WIP job from Manufacturing User.

This is working fine in 11i.

In R12 : we did the same thing.

  • Took the standard form POXRQVRQ.fmb from R12 AU_TOP
  • added the WIP parameter in the WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE
  • while compiling the form , we got warning FRM-32083: Value length is too long, FRM-30457 Warning: Maximum Length ignored, bad bind variable, invalid identifier related to the items of standard form - which we fixed.
