Unbalanced Accounts

Hi guys, I am frequently having problems with unbalanced accounts, almost one year ago, Oracle recommended to me to apply the glbalfix program. But this problem has been happening every two months. Do you know any recommended patch or patches to avoid this situation of unbalanced accounts?
