Could not reach Security Server error - not able to login on web

Hi All,

We are facing problem in JDE E1 8.12 / 8.98.4.14 TR on Windows platform. Suddenly we are not able to login on web it is giving Security Server is down, when i checked the enterprise server there a lot of kernel process running so it seems not killing the kernel zombie processes, After restart the JDE service it works for few hours then going down again. can anyone please advice:

we didn't change or apply anything new.
