Hi

We have R12. PO approval process work flow has following error

Error Number 3 = Unknown Error.
Contact your system administrator.

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package PO_DOCUMENT_CHECKS_PVT Procedure CHECK_PO

This is no invalid objects. How it is failing. After retrieve the wf it got approved. Any one face this kind of issue
