Not able to login to AIP Multiprise system administration

hello Guys,

I am installing AIPOnlineAppServer, while installing AIP DB SCHEMA i have given the ADMIN cred and used same to login but it says , login cred is invalid.

http://ip:port/aip14/phantasm/ [url]

Tables WT_ADMINS, WT_ENTERPRISES,WT_SERVICES, WT_USERS is having no values.

Please help me how to resolve this issue.
