After upgrade tp IP15.5 SSO throws Siebel login page

Hi

We upgraded from Siebel 811.10 to IP15.5.

After login, we were getting server busy error for SSO login , while DB authentication working fine. After generating new checksum value for custom security adapter, and placing it in CRC parameter, server busy issue is resolved.

Able to login to SSO page, but it's throwing Siebel Login page after SSO login.

After SSO we should directly get the Siebel Home page, but this is not happening.

Please suggest why this issue is happening and how to fix this.
