How to restrict developers to login except specific IP addresses

Hi Guys,

As per new security policy in my organization. I have to allow developers that they may login to database from their own PCs or systems with specific IP addresses only but database schema is same. Whereas If someone try to login to database from another system they must not be able to login.

How can I implement such kind of security with Oracle 11gR2 (11.2.0.4.0) database on RAC.
