After I installed Siebel Enterprise server 15.0 and Web client 15.0 but when I login in any web cli

After I installed Siebel Enterprise server 15.0 and Web client 15.0  but when I login in any web client application using sadmin, it shows the user name or password no correct. I checked ODBC and SQL plus they worked and also sadmin user is active not locked. I need any help. Thank you.
