Issue in login RPM

RPM installed sucessfully but had some log in issue .some directories are not present in the folder

$DOMAIN_HOME/servers/rpmmanagedserver/tmp/_WL_user/rpm/<38o5n1> /war/
lib/rpm_client_config.jar foo


no 38o5n1 is present in it


jar signing is not possible after completing installation


I am Installed 14.1 ang 15.0 It was looking same


Please help me for this.
