Login page is not loaded properly in ie

Dear All,

I tried to login in P6 EPPM 15.2 using Internet Explorer , however the login page is not loaded properly as shown in below picture. I installed java as per tested configuration and I don't have such problem in Firefox.

appreciated if someone can help me on this problem.
